Each source carries a receipt (`*.receipt.md`), a preserved body (`*.raw`), a normalised text extraction (`*.txt`), response headers (`*.headers.txt`) and a SHA-256 recorded in both the receipt and the manifest.

**Notation.** Polish sources use a comma as decimal separator, `tys.` for thousand and `p. proc.` for percentage point. Every figure is quoted as its source writes it, with the English unit named alongside. No unit conversion and no rounding beyond the source's own wording is applied anywhere in this file.

## 0. Evidence boundary

**Six public documents were captured** in this tranche: five GUS (Główny Urząd Statystyczny) pages on `stat.gov.pl` and one Journal of Laws act served as PDF by the Sejm ELI API on `api.sejm.gov.pl`. All six returned HTTP 200 with final URL identical to requested URL and no redirect.

The GUS pages link PDF, DOCX and XLSX detail files. None was opened: in every case the XLSX table file carrying the underlying figures **was not fetched**, so only values present in the captured HTML body — or, for B5-06, in the captured PDF text — are recorded below. No seventh source, no operator site and no search engine was queried for this tranche.

This tranche contains **official Polish public sources only**. No blog, market-research summary, operator self-reported scale or model-memory figure is used or substituted anywhere in it.

What this file deliberately does not contain: **No market-size estimate**, no share or conversion estimate, **no willingness-to-pay conclusion**, no derived unit economics, **no niche recommendation**, **no legal advice** and no product recommendation. Those are judgment work excluded from B5 by contract (`RESEARCH_BRIEFS.md`, "Judgment work — NOT for Flash").

Two classes of evidence are kept apart and never merged: **official** material (GUS statistics and the statutory minimum-wage regulation, §1–§4) and **operator prices** inherited from bundle B1 (§5 only, under its own label).

### 1a. Served-title / body-heading mismatches (preserved, not corrected)

- **B5-04** — the served HTML `<title>` reads "Główny Urząd Statystyczny / Obszary tematyczne / Ludność / Ludność / **Zgony według tygodni oraz wieku, płci zmarłych i 73 podregionów w 2026 r.**", naming a different current GUS page, while the body heading, the 29.04.2026 publication date and every download label match the requested 2025 population document. The mismatch is recorded as served and is not repaired. **No population number is taken from this page.**
- **B5-05** — the same pattern: the served `<title>` ends "… / Dzieci / **Piecza zastępcza w 2025 r.**" while the body heading, the 27.08.2025 date and every download label read "Opieka nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 w 2024 r.". All B5-05 figures below come from the body text and are quoted in the body's own wording.

## 3. How to classify these rows

D1 to D23 are official statistics published by GUS. D24 and D25 are amounts set by regulation, not survey results: official but not statistical, quoted here as text of law with **no legal advice** attached (legal collection is bundle B4).

D4 to D9 are **general labour-vacancy statistics** covering all entities with at least one employed person. They are macro context, not care-market demand — the captured page carries no occupational breakdown and no care-specific vacancy figure. D19 to D23 are **institutional care-place statistics** for children under 3, that is registered nurseries, children's clubs and day carers. They describe formal institutional supply, not household demand for in-home carers and not the size of any private care market.

## 4. What each source does and does not establish

- **[B5-01]** establishes direction and rate of change in enterprise-sector employment and gross wages. It does **not** establish any absolute PLN wage amount: the captured HTML carries percentage changes only, and the linked detail files were not opened.
- **[B5-02]** establishes total vacant posts and the vacancy rate with quarter-on-quarter and year-on-year changes. It does **not** establish vacancies by occupation or sector, and says nothing about care work.
- **[B5-03]** establishes activity, employment, unemployment and inactivity counts and the four largest PKD 2025 sections, in the version corrected on 26.06.2026. It does **not** establish any care-occupation headcount; no nanny, elder-carer or pet-sitter category appears in the captured text.
- **[B5-04]** establishes only that the publication exists, its 29.04.2026 publication date, its 31 December 2025 observation date, its half-yearly frequency and its territorial cuts. The captured HTML contains **no numeric population excerpt** — the figures sit in the linked 2.03 MB PDF and 9.95 MB XLSX ZIP, which were not opened. **No population number is taken from this page**, and none is inferred, estimated or supplied from elsewhere.
- **[B5-05]** establishes institutional care capacity and usage for children under 3 at 31 December 2024, with the operator-type split.
