# B2-A — Global marketplaces: Care.com and Babysits (global)

Bundle: B2, slice A (`01_RESEARCH/RESEARCH_BRIEFS.md` §B2)
Editor: `[O] Opus 5`
Compiled: 2026-07-30 · **Access date for every source: 2026-07-30**
Raw corpus: `reports/evidence/B2-A-raw/` (6 targets, one `.json` + one `.err` each; all `.err` files 0 bytes)

**Scope of this slice: exactly two operators — Care.com (US surface) and Babysits (global surface).** No other B2 comparator is covered here. This file is written from one already-completed capture pass; no browsing, search, or re-fetch was performed. Every claim below traces to a capture file.

## 0. How to read this file

| Marker | Meaning |
|---|---|
| **DIRECT** | Text present verbatim in a captured page. Quoted with URL + capture file. |
| **[O]-CLASS** | My classification of DIRECT text against the charter taxonomy (`PROJECT_CHARTER.md:25`: directory / marketplace / managed matching / subscription / staffing agency / care-benefit). Editor judgment on captured text, not an operator claim. |
| **RECEIPT** | Outcome of one fetch. Evidence about that fetch only, never about the operator. |
| **NOT FOUND** | The item is absent *from this corpus*. It is not a claim that the operator lacks the thing. |

Operator marketing numbers are recorded as **operator claims**, never as verified market facts. Capture shape is `webget --json` (`{status, final_url, title, text}`): tag-stripped text, so anything behind JavaScript, accordions, or a login is absent by construction.

**Two corpus-level limitations, recorded rather than corrected:**
1. **`care-terms.json` is truncated at exactly 20,000 characters.** The text ends mid-sentence in §3.1 (`"…Without limiting the for"`). The table of contents lists `4. Background and Verification Checks` and `8. Payment And Refund Policy`, but **neither section body is in the capture.** All terms quotes below come from the preamble and §§1–3.1 only.
2. **The Babysits "global home" capture is locale-personalized.** The request resolved to `final_url: https://www.babysits.my/`, served in Malay (`title: "Pengasuh - Kerja Pengasuh | Babysits"`, language switcher `Melayu English`). It is a **Malaysian localized home page, not a locale-neutral global home.** I record this rather than substitute a corrected capture. The nearest thing to a locale-neutral Babysits capture in this corpus is the English `/pricing/` page on the `.com` domain — and even that page's own footer is US-flavoured (§3.3), so **no fully locale-neutral Babysits surface exists in this corpus.**

## 2. Care.com

### 2.1 Identity and self-description (DIRECT, B2-A-01)

- `title`: "Care.com: Find Child Care, Babysitters, Senior Care, Pet Care and Housekeeping"
- "Connecting families with quality, local caregivers"
- "One membership for every season of life"
- "When it's not you, it's Care.com ™"
- "Find care on your terms **Post a job** Tell us exactly what you need, and let caregivers apply directly. **Compare profiles** From experience and trainings to location and pay. **Read reviews** No need to ask around, see what others have said."
- Footer: "© 2007- 2026 Care.com, Inc. All rights reserved."

### 2.2 [O]-CLASS taxonomy classification

**Primary: subscription marketplace (family-paid, two-sided, self-service) — with three secondary models operating inside the same brand.**

| Model in the charter taxonomy | Present in this corpus? | DIRECT basis |
|---|---|---|
| **Subscription marketplace** (primary) | Yes | "One membership…", "Plans start at $12.99/mo", "Unlimited connections" (B2-A-01) |
| **Directory** (of businesses, distinct from the individual-carer marketplace) | Yes | "We provide a directory of entity Care Providers that operate care-related businesses such as child care centers, family child care centers, nanny agencies, au pairs agencies, summer camps, tutoring centers, in-home care agencies, senior care housing companies and housekeepers from which users may contact or request information." (B2-A-03); "List your business", "List your early learning center", "List your activity / camps center", "List your senior living community" (B2-A-01) |
| **Care-benefit** (employer-paid channel) | Yes | "For certain Care Seekers who enroll in Care.com through their employer's benefits program … we offer through our subsidiaries LifeCare, Inc., Care Concierge, Inc. and Town and Country Resources, certain additional services" (B2-A-03); "Care for business" (B2-A-01); "CareBenefits" (B2-A-02 footer) |
| **Staffing / employment** (narrow, carved out) | Yes, as an explicit exception | "Except for Backup Care Providers employed by our subsidiaries, we do not employ any Care Providers"; and for Backup Care "the agency (as opposed to the Registered User) is responsible for screening the Backup Care Provider it selects" (B2-A-03) |
| **Managed matching** (platform selects the carer for the family) | Only inside the Backup Care carve-out above; **NOT FOUND** as a general offering in this corpus | Countervailing DIRECT: "We do not refer or recommend Care Seekers or Care Providers"; "We are not an employment agency, and we do not secure or procure employees" (B2-A-03) |

**Editor note on the boundary:** the platform disclaims matching, employment, and supervision for the general marketplace, yet operates an employed-provider staffing path through subsidiaries for Backup Care. That is one brand spanning two positions in the taxonomy — recorded, not resolved.

### 2.3 Category breadth (DIRECT, B2-A-01 + B2-A-03)

- Header proposition: "Child care Senior care Adult care Housekeeping Pet care Tutoring" — **six named care categories.**
- Terms restate the same breadth: "individual or shared child care, senior care, special needs, pet care, tutoring and housekeeping services" (B2-A-03) — adds **special needs**, and **shared child care** (family-to-family): "functionality that allows Care Seekers to search for and message other Care Seekers to help facilitate shared child care services."
- Out-of-home adjacency: "Great experiences happen outside the home, too. Activities and camps Daycares Senior living communities."
- Footer taxonomy, four blocks: **For children** (child care, child care centers, babysitters, daycare, nannies, preschools, activities & camps, tutors, math tutors); **For adults & seniors** (senior care, home care, caregivers, personal assistants, assisted living); **For pets** (pet care, dog walkers, pet sitters, dog boarding); **For home & lifestyle** (housekeepers, house cleaning, maids, errand runners).
- Both sides of the market are indexed: every category appears as both a service and a "jobs" listing ("Child care jobs", "Pet care jobs", "Caregiver jobs", "Part time jobs").
- Geography: "Find care around the world" lists 19 entries / 17 distinct countries (Belgium and Canada each listed twice, by language): United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium (Français), Belgium (Nederlands), Canada (English), Canada (Français), Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, United Kingdom. **Poland does not appear in that list.**
- Terms bound the US entity narrowly: "The Site and the Services are currently available only to individuals who reside legally in the United States or the territory of Puerto Rico" (B2-A-03) — international operations are separate subsidiaries under separate terms.

### 2.4 Revenue / pricing posture (DIRECT)

- **Family subscription:** "Plans start at $12.99/mo" (B2-A-01). Individual plan tiers and what each includes: **NOT FOUND** in this corpus (the "See plans & pricing" page was not captured).
- **Paid safety add-ons, per-report** (B2-A-02): Social Media Check "Cost: Starting at $29.99"; Enhanced Background Check "Cost: Starting at $59"; Continuous Background Check "Free for both you and the family with a Care.com membership."
- **Business-side listing / staffing / benefits revenue** is implied by "List your business", "Care for business", "Become an affiliate", "HomePay™ - Nanny Tax help" (B2-A-01) and by the benefits subsidiaries in B2-A-03. **Prices for any of these: NOT FOUND** in this corpus.
- **Discount/perk economics:** "Exclusive discounts Save an average of $1000/yr on home products and services*", footnoted "*Savings versus brands' full prices based on 2024 and 2025 data. Discounts available through LifeMart platform and are subject to change at any time." (B2-A-01) — operator claim.
- **Commission on care spend: NOT FOUND.** The corpus documents card payments facilitated via Stripe (§2.5) but contains no fee rate, take rate, or booking commission. §8 "Payment And Refund Policy" was truncated away.
- **Operator scale claim:** "Over 45 million families and caregivers have turned to Care.com" (B2-A-01) — a cumulative claim about the combined two-sided population, with no date, geography, or activity definition given. Also on page: "Rating A+" with no issuing body named.

### 2.5 Safety / payment / managed posture (DIRECT)

**Vetting.** "We help kickstart the process by **requiring all individual caregivers on Care.com to complete a background check before you can interact with them**. But you need to do more, including running your own checks" (B2-A-02, article dated November 20, 2025, by "The Care.com Team").

**Add-on check mechanics** (B2-A-02): Social Media Check is "a seven-year search of an individual's public social media activity across seven major platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X) plus thousands of news articles and webpages" flagging "hate speech, violence or substance abuse"; Enhanced Background Check "includes everything in our required Care.com Background Check—plus expanded database searches and alias checks", with an optional "Motor Vehicles Records Check"; Continuous Background Check is "an ongoing monitoring service [that] checks select criminal databases for new reportable activity. If something changes, both you and the caregiver are notified."

**Consent and vendor** (B2-A-02): "The caregiver will receive a notification and **has seven days to opt in**"; "Our safety check partner, **First Advantage**, completes the report"; "Results are delivered directly to your inbox—usually within just a few days." Framed as "caregivers have transparency and added control over the process." Safety hub is named "**CareProtect** safety center".

**Stated limits of vetting** (DIRECT, both pages): "Background checks are not always 100% accurate, may not capture an individual's entire criminal history, and cannot guarantee safety. **Employees of businesses listed on Care.com may not be background checked.**" And in terms: "Any screening of a Care Seeker or Care Provider … by Care.com is limited and should not be taken as complete, accurate, up-to-date or conclusive"; "If we indicate that certain information has been verified, it means that the user has complied with the process we have established for verifying such information. However, we do not guarantee … that the information is accurate."

**Liability posture** (B2-A-03): "Registered Users are solely responsible for interviewing, vetting, performing background and reference checks on, verifying information provided by, and selecting an appropriate Care Seeker or Care Provider"; "We do not control, monitor, supervise, or oversee the quality, timing, hours, pay, legality, or any other aspect of services delivered by Care Providers"; "Care Seekers are responsible for compliance with all applicable employment and other laws … (such as applicable Ban-the-Box, Fair Chance, payroll, tax and minimum wage laws)." Terms open with "THIS AGREEMENT IS SUBJECT TO BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND A WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION RIGHTS AS DETAILED IN SECTION 13."

**Payments (unmanaged).** "We offer through **Stripe, Inc.** … a service that facilitates the payment of Care Providers by Care Seekers via credit card or debit card"; Care Providers using it "also agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement"; and decisively for posture: "**Care.com assumes no liability or responsibility for any payments you may make through this service, and all such payments are non-refundable.**" (B2-A-03). **No escrow, no hold-and-release, no payment-backed guarantee appears anywhere in this corpus.**

**Other platform machinery** (B2-A-03): in-platform "text messaging and live video streams" powered by "the **Stream Platform**" licensed from Stream.io, Inc.; "**AI Services**" using generative AI for "content summarization, chat assistance", disclaimed as "informational only"; "verification dashboards on Care Provider profiles". Privacy-preserving contact is a marketed feature: "Message and video interview caregivers, without sharing your personal info" (B2-A-01). Eligibility bars users where "you [or] any member of your household" has specified convictions or sex-offender registration, and caps individual Care Seekers at fewer than 15 employees (5 in California) (B2-A-03).

**NOT FOUND for Care.com in this corpus:** plan tier table and per-tier feature split; §4 "Background and Verification Checks" body; §8 "Payment And Refund Policy" body; carer-side fees or payout terms; insurance or guarantee coverage; dispute-resolution mechanics beyond the arbitration clause; DBS/KRK-equivalent registry names; any Poland-facing surface; revenue, GMV, subscriber, or active-user figures.

## 3. Babysits (global)

### 3.1 Identity and self-description (DIRECT)

- `.com` pricing page, English/USD (B2-A-05): `title` "Pricing | Babysits"; "**Affordable for families, free for babysitters**"; "Finding trusted babysitters has never been easier."
— *with Babysits, you decide what is best for you*.
- Corporate footer on both: "© Babysits B.V." (Dutch entity), with nav items "Company details", "Dispute policy", "Community standards", "Partners", "For the press".

### 3.2 [O]-CLASS taxonomy classification

**Primary: subscription marketplace (family-paid subscription; carer side free) with a transaction-fee booking layer bolted on — plus a separate paid directory tier for agencies.**

| Model in the charter taxonomy | Present in this corpus? | DIRECT basis |
|---|---|---|
| **Subscription marketplace** (primary, family-paid) | Yes | "Get unlimited messaging, booking, and more with Premium"; "Babysits Premium From $8.33 per month"; carer side: "Babysitters use Babysits for free and keep 100% of what they earn." (B2-A-05) |
| **Marketplace with transaction fee** (second revenue line, layered on the subscription) | Yes | "Our Member Protection fee is **mandatory** when you book childcare on Babysits. It is added to every booking made with the 'Book now' button. The fee is 3% for Premium members and 15% for non-Premium members." (B2-A-05) |
| **Directory** (paid business/agency listings) | Yes | "Premium business account Only $59.00 per month (excl. Tax) — Add childcare agency profile"; "Are you an agency? View pricing for companies" (B2-A-05); "Agensi pengasuh" in the home category list (B2-A-04) |
| **Care-benefit** (employer channel) | Yes, named but uncharacterized | "Babysits for Work" and "Adakah pekerja anda memerlukan pengasuh?" — *do your employees need a sitter?* (B2-A-04); "Babysits for Work" in both footers. Its model, pricing, and mechanics: **NOT FOUND** |
| **Peer-exchange / non-monetary** | Yes, as a listed category | "Ibu bapa-bantu-ibu bapa" — *parent-helps-parent* (B2-A-04) |
| **Managed matching** | **NOT FOUND** in this corpus | The only documented flow is self-service search → message → meet (§3.3); the family screens and chooses |
| **Staffing / employment** | **NOT FOUND** in this corpus | — |

**Note on the fee structure:** the 3%/15% split means the Premium subscription is also a discount on per-booking fees, so the two revenue lines are coupled rather than independent. Recorded from the fee table; no operator statement explains the intent.

### 3.3 Category breadth and reach (DIRECT)

- **Single care vertical: childcare only.** The home category block reads "Apa yang anda cari? **Pengasuh / Penjagaan Keperluan Khas / Ibu bapa-bantu-ibu bapa / Kerja pengasuh / Agensi pengasuh**" — *babysitters / special-needs care / parent-helps-parent / babysitting jobs / babysitting agencies* (B2-A-04). Also present: "Babysits untuk kanak-kanak berkeperluan khas" / "Babysits for Special Needs". No elder, adult, pet, housekeeping, or tutoring category appears in either Babysits capture.
- Within childcare, the search entry distinguishes three demand shapes: "Cari pengasuh dengan cepat / Cari nanny dengan cepat / Cari penjaga kanak-kanak dengan cepat" — *find a babysitter / a nanny / a childminder, fast* (B2-A-04).
- **Documented user flow, three steps** (B2-A-04): "1 Carian — Saring berdasarkan keperluan anda dan semak profil terperinci. 2 Hubungi — Hantar mesej, skrin ahli dan adakan perjumpaan pengenalan. 3 Perjumpaan Pengenalan — Kenali antara satu sama lain dalam perjumpaan pengenalan." — *search and filter profiles; message, screen members and arrange an intro meeting; get to know each other at the intro meeting.* Screening sits with the family.
- **Country footer on the English pricing page lists 121 countries** (Albania → Zimbabwe), **including Poland** (B2-A-05, editor count of the captured list). The Malay home footer carries an equivalently long country list, also including the literal entry "Poland"; not recounted, because the names are in Malay (B2-A-04).
- Localized city depth on the `.my` capture: Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Klang, Johor Bahru, Ipoh + ~25 further Malaysian cities (B2-A-04). The `.com` pricing footer instead shows "Popular: Babysitter New York / Los Angeles / Brooklyn / Chicago / Houston" (B2-A-05) — i.e. the "global" domain's own footer is US-flavoured.
- Mobile apps exist on both stores: "App Store Google Play" (B2-A-04).
- **Operator scale claim:** "Dipercayai oleh lebih **8 juta** keluarga pengasuh" — *trusted by more than 8 million families [and] sitters* (B2-A-04). Cumulative, undated, combined two-sided count. Separate satisfaction claim: "**4.7 / 5** — 3,400+ ulasan" (*3,400+ reviews*).

### 3.4 Revenue / pricing posture (DIRECT, B2-A-05 — the most quantified page in this corpus)

**Family subscription (Premium), three terms, headline "From $8.33 per month":**

| Term | Advertised rate | Billed | Discount label |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly | "$24.99 / month*" | $24.99 | — |
| Quarterly | "$16.66 / month*" | $49.98 | "-33%" |
| Yearly | "$8.33 / month*" | $99.96 | "-66%" |

**Free vs Premium feature split, exactly as captured:** "Answer conversations" — both; "Start conversations" — Premium only (free column shows "-"); "Member protection fee" — **15%** free / **3%** Premium; "Calendar integration" — Premium only (free column "-"). The gate is therefore on *initiating* contact: "Replying to messages is always free."

**Carer side:** "Babysitters use Babysits for free and keep 100% of what they earn." No carer subscription, commission, or payout deduction appears in the corpus.

**Agency / business tier:** "Premium business account Only $59.00 per month (excl. Tax)". **CONFLICT-adjacent capture artifact, recorded not resolved:** in the tag-stripped text the "Babysits Free" business column lists the *same* six bullets as the paid column ("Add childcare agency profile / Receive messages / Respond to interested babysitters / Contact babysitters (limited*) / Contact nannies (limited*) / Contact parents (limited*)"). Tick/cross state is carried by markup that text extraction drops, so **the actual free-vs-paid business split is unrecoverable from this capture.** The asterisk resolves to a hard usage cap: "limited to a maximum of **60 new conversations per month, 40 per week and 20 per day**."

**Refund policy:** "Success Guaranteed … If you're not satisfied within 14 days, just let us know and we'll refund your subscription." Bounded on the page itself: "This only applies to your first subscription and to Premium subscriptions purchased directly from Babysits. Subscriptions purchased through third parties such as Apple are not direct purchases."

### 3.5 Safety / payment / managed posture (DIRECT)

**Trust block, localized home (B2-A-04)** — "Keselamatan sentiasa diutamakan." (*safety always comes first*), four items:
1. "Semua ahli melengkapkan pengesahan ID wajib" — *all members complete mandatory ID verification*
2. "Pemantauan mesej, profil dan sokongan secara berterusan" — *continuous monitoring of messages, profiles and support*
3. "Ulasan dan rujukan dari ahli lain" — *reviews and references from other members*
4. "Sijil Kelakuan Baik (SKB)" — *Certificate of Good Conduct*, the **Malaysia-localized** name for the police-conduct certificate

Item 4 is a locale-specific artifact of this personalized capture: whether the equivalent is offered, mandatory, or differently named in other markets — **NOT FOUND**. Items 1–3 are marketing-page claims; who pays, when in the funnel each runs, and what "mandatory" enforces are **NOT FOUND** (mechanics belong to B3 anyway).

**Payment posture — managed escrow, in the operator's own words (B2-A-05, "Member Protection" modal):**
- **Escrow with delayed release:** "Your money is held securely throughout the entire transaction. **We won't release it to the babysitter until 24 hours after your booking ends**, giving you time to reach out if anything went wrong."
- **No-show guarantee:** "If your babysitter cancels or doesn't show up, we'll refund your payment. Babysitters who don't show up may see their profile status affected."
- **Dispute handling:** "Our support team helps resolve any booking issues or disputes. Contact us anytime something doesn't go as planned." (Nav also exposes a "Dispute policy" page — not captured.)
- **Mandatory on booking:** the fee "is mandatory when you book childcare on Babysits. It is added to every booking made with the 'Book now' button."
- Payment processor is not named, but Stripe is implied by "A portion of every purchase goes to **Stripe Climate**, keeping your appointments carbon neutral."

**[O]-CLASS on the payment axis — the sharpest contrast in this slice.** Babysits operates a **payment-managed marketplace** (escrow, timed release, no-show refund, platform-run disputes, mandatory booking fee) while Care.com's captured posture is the opposite: card facilitation via Stripe with "Care.com assumes no liability or responsibility for any payments … and all such payments are non-refundable." Both are family-paid subscription marketplaces; only Babysits, in this corpus, uses money as a trust instrument.

**B2-A-06, RECEIPT ONLY.** `https://www.babysits.com/safety/` returned **HTTP 404** — body: "Oops! Page not found. Looks like it has wandered off, just like a curious toddler. … Error code: 404". The `title` is the generic site title, not a safety title. This is evidence of one thing and one thing only: **that URL did not resolve to a page on this fetch.** It says nothing about Babysits' safety programme. Note that the captured nav chrome on the same 404 response still carries a "**Trust & Safety**" item (as do B2-A-04 and B2-A-05, the latter as "Amanah & Keselamatan"), so a Trust & Safety destination exists in the site's own navigation at a URL this corpus never retrieved. No retry or alternate path was attempted.

**NOT FOUND for Babysits in this corpus:** the Trust & Safety page content; ID-verification vendor, timing, or cost-bearer; whether the Certificate of Good Conduct is required or optional in any market; "Babysits for Work" model or pricing; "Dispute policy" and "Community standards" text; terms of service; per-market currency and price localization (all prices captured are in USD on `.com`); revenue, booking-volume, or active-user figures; any locale-neutral global home page.

---

## 4. What this slice supports and what it does not

**Supported, DIRECT:** both operators are family-paid subscription marketplaces whose paywall sits on *initiating contact*; both keep the carer side free of subscription cost; both run a paid business/agency directory alongside the individual marketplace; both name an employer channel. They diverge on two axes the corpus documents cleanly — **category breadth** (Care.com: six-plus verticals spanning child, adult/senior, pet, home, tutoring; Babysits: childcare only) and **payment posture** (Babysits: mandatory fee, escrow, timed release, no-show refund; Care.com: facilitated card payment, non-refundable, liability disclaimed).

**Not supported by this slice:** any statement about Yoopies, Rover, Sitly, UrbanSitter, Sittercity, TrustedHousesitters, Papa, Honor, Home Instead, or A Place for Mom; any managed-matching or care-navigation comparator; any elder-care operator; any revenue, GMV, or verified-user figure for either operator; any Poland-facing behaviour of either operator; any conclusion about which model transfers to the Polish market (charter judgment work, not collection).

---

## 5. Slice close-out

**Source count: 6 attempted, 6 used and appended to `SOURCE_REGISTER.md` as B2-A-01 … B2-A-06 — 5 DIRECT (3 Care.com, 2 Babysits) + 1 receipt (Babysits 404).** Both platforms sit within the ≤4-sources bound.

**Blocked, missing, or degraded pages:**
1. `https://www.babysits.com/safety/` — **HTTP 404** (B2-A-06). Only a receipt. A "Trust & Safety" nav item exists at an unretrieved URL.
2. `care-terms.json` — **truncated at 20,000 chars.** §4 "Background and Verification Checks" and §8 "Payment And Refund Policy" bodies absent; §§9–18 (release of liability, disclaimers, arbitration, governing law) absent. The captured ToC also skips item 12 (11 → 13), as captured.
3. Babysits global home — **locale-personalized to `babysits.my` in Malay.** No locale-neutral global home in this corpus. The Malaysia-specific "Sijil Kelakuan Baik" trust item is a direct consequence.
4. Care.com "See plans & pricing" page — **never requested.** Subscription tiers are known only from the "$12.99/mo" floor.
5. All Babysits prices are USD on the `.com` domain; no per-market pricing captured.

**Specific gaps for B2-B to close (in priority order):**
1. **`https://www.babysits.com/trust-safety/`** (or whatever the nav "Trust & Safety" item resolves to) — the single highest-value miss in this slice; follow the nav link rather than guessing the path.
2. **Care.com terms §4 and §8** — re-fetch with a higher `--max` (>20,000 chars) or fetch section anchors; §8 is the only place a Care.com booking-fee or refund rule would appear, and §4 is the authoritative vetting text behind the marketing page.
3. **Care.com plans page** — full subscription tier table, so the "$12.99/mo" floor can be placed against Babysits' $8.33–$24.99 band.
4. **A locale-neutral Babysits home** — e.g. force English and record whether a locale-neutral home exists at all; also capture `babysits.com/terms` and the "Dispute policy" and "Community standards" pages.
5. **Babysits for Work** and **Care for business / CareBenefits** — the employer-paid channel is named on both platforms and characterized on neither; it is a distinct charter taxonomy slot (care-benefit).
6. **A managed-matching and an elder-care comparator** (Yoopies, Papa/Honor class) — B2's taxonomy has six slots and this slice populates the subscription-marketplace slot twice.
7. **Babysits per-market pricing including Poland** — Poland appears in the 121-country list; whether Premium is priced in PLN and at what level is unknown, and it is the single most decision-relevant unknown for the charter.
