B6 has an initial browser evidence pass. B2-A/B/C are complete bounded slices; B2-S is technically held after three foreground Opus merge timeouts, not retried automatically. B3-A and B3-B are complete as bounded, evidence-linked trust-mechanics slices. - **P1 B2-C: DONE** — readable bounded artifact at `01_RESEARCH/evidence/B2-C-managed-and-specialists.md`, with twelve local `webget --json` receipts under `reports/evidence/B2-C-raw/` and rows B2-C-01…12 in `01_RESEARCH/evidence/SOURCE_REGISTER.md`. The corpus yielded five HTTP 200 content-bearing captures and seven operator-template 404 receipts; it records the Sittercity/Papa/Honor/Home Instead model contrasts, with pricing amounts absent. Foreground Opus timeout and successful post-timeout verification are preserved at `reports/evidence/b2-c-opus-failure-2026-07-30.md`.
- **B2-S technical hold:** three foreground Opus merges timed out before creating the aggregate artifact. Preserve the completed slices and receipts; do not make a fourth equivalent attempt. Future merge architecture must first produce a deterministic compact extract from B2-A/B/C, then ask a small local-only Opus pass to classify that extract.
- **B3-A DONE:** `01_RESEARCH/evidence/B3-A-trust-mechanics-marketplaces.md` is a 90-line OpenCode Go (`glm-5.1`) local-corpus artifact over Niania.pl, Sitly, and Babysits. It records 9 source rows, quotes, 404 limits, and a B3-B handoff; independent validation passed its line/source/citation checks.
- **B3-B DONE:** `01_RESEARCH/evidence/B3-B-policy-help-mechanics.md` is a 72-line OpenCode Go (`glm-5.1`) local-corpus artifact over six first-party Niania/Sitly policy/help/mechanism probes. It records one content-bearing Niania privacy policy, one content-bearing Sitly Terms page, four honest non-content/404 limits, six B3-B source rows, and no legal or niche conclusion; independent verification passed.
- **B4 DONE:** A fresh foreground Claude Code Opus pass overwrote `01_RESEARCH/evidence/B4-polish-legal-regulatory-sources.md` as a 219-line evidence-only artifact over six official Sejm ELI source documents. Raw receipts are under `reports/evidence/B4-raw/`; rows `B4-01`…`B4-06` match the artifact and receipts; independent URL/citation verification passed at `reports/evidence/b4-independent-verification-2026-07-30-v2.json`. The S2 HTML zero-byte response remains preserved as an alternate-representation failure, and the earlier Opus collection timeout remains preserved at `reports/evidence/b4-collection-opus-failure-2026-07-30.md`.
- **B5 DONE; next work remains bounded to the existing P1 board** — do not reopen B2-S or expand B3-B/B4 beyond their bounded evidence boundaries.
- **P1 B5: DONE** — fresh foreground Claude Code Opus rewrote `01_RESEARCH/evidence/B5-polish-demand-supply-economics.md` at 133 lines from the six-source official Polish public-source corpus, preserving 25 countable rows and explicit demand/supply/price/channel/unit-economics gaps. Raw receipts and bodies remain under `reports/evidence/B5-raw/`; rows `B5-01`…`B5-06` remain in `SOURCE_REGISTER.md`; independent artifact and delivery verification passed at `reports/evidence/b5-independent-verification-2026-07-31.json`. The initial permission-gated Opus attempt is preserved at `reports/evidence/B5-opus-pass10-failure-2026-07-31.md`. The synchronized local 20-entry ZIP passes, and the public homepage, B5 markdown (SHA-256 match), and public ZIP (HTTP 200; 20 entries; archive test passed) were verified on 2026-07-31. The prior HTTP 403 is retained as `reports/evidence/b5-public-archive-403-2026-07-30.md`. No B2-S retry, niche, legal advice, deployment, DNS/Traefik/Coolify, outreach, user data, or product work occurred.

- Deployment: **research cockpit LIVE** — `https://baby.nurt.cloud` is a verified read-only static site (HTTPS 200); no booking, payment, identity verification, waiting list, analytics, or user-data collection exists.

## Resume ritual (every fresh session)
1. Read this file, then `00_ADMIN/TASKS.md`, then the current phase's folder.
2. Check `boxguard` — start bundle passes / parallel work only on GREEN; serialize otherwise.
3. On finishing anything: flip its row in `TASKS.md`, log decisions in `DECISIONS.md` with an attribution tag, update this file's State block and date.

## Standing constraints (from charter — do not re-derive)
- Session/model concurrency ≤ 3; box hard cap ≤ 2 concurrent subagents. In practice run one foreground Claude Code coordinator at a time until the existing background-resume bug is repaired.
- No outreach, no live user data, no changes to sprawdzonaopiekunka.pl.
- Every load-bearing claim: source + access date, or labelled UNVERIFIED.
- OpenCode Zen/Flash remains unavailable due to the insufficient-balance receipt. OpenCode Go CLI is verified on the rotated credential; its direct Go REST path remains runtime-WAF-blocked (`403/1010`). Use Go CLI only for narrow local-corpus work.
